Before we draw the pool we need to know how you swim and what else has to fit in the garden. We set out the depth and steps with you. The estimate shows which finishes and equipment come with the build so you can make those choices before digging starts.

A pool that fits your day
Start with how you want to use the water
If you swim lengths you will want clear water from end to end. A family that spends afternoons sitting in the shallows might prefer broad steps at one end instead. Marking those features on the plan shows how much swimming room is left and how much of the garden you can keep.
In 24+ years as pool builders in Dubai we have learned to start our drawings at the garden door. Look at the skimmer pool pictured beside a pergola. The path across the lawn still has a place of its own. That route is easy to lose if you choose a pool size first and try to fit the rest around it.

What your pool proposal can cover
Read the estimate from the ground up. It should tell you what goes into the shell and what goes on the edge as well as what keeps the water moving.
Getting the dig out
We measure the narrowest entrance and check where excavated soil can be loaded.
Pipework through the shell
The drawing marks each pipe opening so the waterproofing detail is clear before pool tiling starts.
Room to lift the filter
A pump room needs space to open the filter and remove its parts without dismantling the pipework.
Tile cuts at the steps
Agree where the tile joints meet the tread edges before any tiles are cut.
The details around the pool
Plan the finish before construction begins
Take the coping sample out into the garden and set it beside the paving you like. The two will meet all the way around the pool. Seeing them together in daylight is more useful than choosing each from a separate photograph. Ask us how each finish is cleaned before you settle on it.
Choose your usual seat before fixing the position of the pool lights. A light that looks right on the drawing may shine towards your chair after dark. If you want an outdoor shower or a pergola we can allow for its position now and show its cost separately. At handover we walk you through the controls.

A useful estimate starts with your site
Villa pool construction costs depend partly on what lies under the garden. Ground levels and the route for excavated soil affect the work before a single tile goes in. A useful estimate shows those costs alongside the finishes and equipment you choose.
A site drawing and a photo of the side access help us plan the visit. If your community manager has sent you conditions for the work please share those too. They can change when our team can get on site.

How is the construction cost worked out?
We price the shell and waterproofing for the pool on your drawing. Then we add the tile and equipment you choose. When comparing quotes check which paving and garden work each one includes.
Can you include the garden in the same project?
Outdoor seating and planting can go on the pool drawing too. Mark any water features or garden lights you want included so the estimate covers those connections as well as the paving.
What should I prepare before the first consultation?
A location and a few photographs are a useful start. Share an available site plan and tell us how you want to use the pool. Let us know if you want garden work included so we can consider the whole outdoor area.
How long does swimming pool construction take?
Excavation and the shell come before waterproofing and finishes. Some stages need time before the next can start. Once we know the design and the entry and approval requirements for your plot we can talk through a programme.
