Planning
How do I request a quote?
Use the enquiry form to tell us what you want to build or change and where the property is. You can send plans or photographs by email. We call you to discuss the brief and arrange a visit before preparing an estimate.
How much does a swimming pool cost in Dubai?
Two pools of the same size can cost different amounts. A narrow gate can make it harder to take excavated soil out. The pool edge and finish also affect the price. Ask what the estimate includes for paving.
How long will the work take?
We can discuss timing once we know what is being built and how the team can get in. Ask which stages depend on community approval and which depend on a delivery such as the tiles you chose.
Can you work from my existing plans?
Yes. Share the plans with your enquiry. We can review the intended work and explain what else is needed to prepare an estimate.
What about property or community approvals?
For an Emaar or Nakheel property check the rules for your particular community. Ask whether the work needs a no objection certificate (NOC). We agree who will submit any required drawings before work starts.
Pools
Which pool designs can I choose?
A skimmer pool has a visible waterline below the coping. An overflow pool lets water spill over the rim. An infinity edge suits a view you want to open up beyond the water. We check the site levels and equipment space before recommending an edge.
Can you renovate an existing swimming pool?
Yes. Tell us what you want to keep. We inspect the existing shell and fittings before pricing the changes. Ask for deck repairs to be listed separately so you can decide whether to do them at the same time.
Which finishes can I choose?
Ask to see tile or plaster finishes for the pool and paving samples for the surround. Look at the colours outdoors next to any terrace or stonework you plan to keep.
Do you offer pool maintenance?
Yes. We test the water and check circulation as part of the clean. Tell us if the pump has started making a noise or if the water turns cloudy after heavy use. That helps us narrow down the cause.
Gardens
Can you design the pool and garden together?
Yes. We draw the pool and garden together so the levels work from the villa door to the water. That drawing also shows where the planting ends and how much room is left for a table or a clear path.
Do you build pergolas and outdoor BBQ areas?
We build both. If you have already chosen a grill send us its dimensions. For a pergola tell us where you want to sit and at what time of day you need the shade.
Can you improve an existing garden?
Yes. We first look at what you want to keep. The work may involve planting and paving or improvements to lighting and irrigation. We can also review the layout if the garden is difficult to use.
Do you provide garden maintenance?
We can agree a garden care schedule with the tasks your space needs. Share photographs and tell us which areas need attention so we can assess the work.
Working together
Do you also offer interior design and fit-out?
Our interior work includes room layouts and fit-outs as well as fitted carpentry. An existing drawing or a photo of the room is enough to start a conversation.
What happens if I want to change the plan?
Speak with the team before the change is carried out. We need to agree the revised work and price along with any effect on timing.
What warranty comes with the work?
Ask for the terms that apply to your project. Workmanship and finishes may have different coverage from equipment. Confirm the agreed details and exclusions in writing before work begins.
Where is your office?
You’ll find us at Office 301, Building 5, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE. Please call +971 55 323 2584 before visiting to arrange a suitable time.
