Irrigation systems
Watering planned around your planting
We install and repair irrigation systems for Dubai gardens. We check the lawn and planting along with the water supply and existing pipework. We look for leaks and uneven coverage before recommending changes to an existing system.
System planning
Group plants that need similar amounts of water on the same zone.
Installation
Pipework and controls coordinated with the planting and hard landscaping.
Repairs and adjustments
Existing systems checked for leaks and damaged parts. We also look for uneven watering.

Watering with a purpose
Watch one watering cycle before changing the timer
Watch what happens when the irrigation runs. A dry patch next to a wet path can mean the water is missing its target. Adding time to the whole cycle will wet the path for longer too. We look at where the water lands before deciding whether a setting or the layout needs changing.
Across 24+ years of Dubai summers we’ve seen sunny lawns dry out while shaded beds stay damp. Separate zones let you water the grass for longer without sending extra water through the drip line in the shade. Check that the valves will stay within reach as the beds fill out.
Coordinate irrigation with garden maintenanceWater supply and zones
From supply to watering controls
Before adding new pipe we check where the supply enters the garden and where the valves are. That tells us which beds can share a zone and which might need their own.
Garden review
Identify planted borders and lawn areas with different watering needs or exposure.
How water reaches the roots
Choose outlets that put water on the planting and route the pipe across the garden.
Controls and access
Discuss the controller and accessible valve locations so the system can be operated and serviced.
Checks and adjustments
Review the installed coverage and explain how settings can be revisited as the garden changes.
Existing gardens
Find the cause of uneven watering
If one corner has dried out while the rest of a bed is doing well we start there. Is water coming out of that outlet? Does it reach the roots or run onto the path? A blocked outlet and a damaged pipe need different fixes. The timer alone cannot tell you which one you have.
The system that watered a new bed may miss the plants once they fill out. Check for outlets hidden under growth and note if a gardener has moved plants since the system went in. We can look at moving a line or changing that zone. At handover we show you which control serves which bed so you need not alter the whole garden to adjust one border.
Before pipes go in
Show us where the garden needs help
Photographs of dry patches or persistent wet areas are useful when discussing an existing system. Share any information about the controller and explain when the problem occurs. A site inspection helps establish whether repair or a wider change is appropriate.
Irrigation pipes belong on the planting and paving drawings from the start. This gives the team a chance to set the routes before the paths go down. The estimate distinguishes installation from future replacement parts and maintenance visits.

What we look at on site
Planting and lawn
The type and position of the planting help define the watering zones.
Water provision
The available supply and existing equipment influence the proposed system.
Access and controls
Keep valves and timers accessible after landscaping.

questions
Does one bed stay dry after a full cycle? Note which zone ran and where the water landed.
Can you update an irrigation system without rebuilding the garden?
We can assess the existing installation and discuss repairs or changes. The work depends on the pipe routes and equipment condition as well as the planting.
Will you set a fixed watering schedule for every garden?
No. The same programme can leave a shaded bed wet while the lawn in full sun dries out. We discuss timing by zone and what to check as the seasons change.
Can an automatic system be added to established planting?
It can often be considered without replacing the garden. The installation depends on access and existing pipe routes. We review the site before explaining the work involved and any areas that may need to be opened.
Will automatic irrigation remove the need for garden checks?
No. Settings and coverage still need review. Plants grow and garden conditions change. Regular observation can reveal a blocked outlet or damaged line before the problem affects a larger area.

A wide shot of the dry patch and a close-up of the controller help us prepare for an irrigation visit.
