Pool maintenance
Regular care for your pool
Has the water turned cloudy since your last swim? A maintenance visit covers cleaning and checks on the water and equipment. Tell us what has changed. If we find a fault that needs parts or a repair we explain it before agreeing any extra work.
Routine cleaning
Remove surface debris and clean the pool walls and floor. Accessible collection points are checked too.
Water checks
We test the water before deciding what treatment it needs.
Equipment inspection
Pumps and filtration checked during the visit. Repair needs are discussed separately.

Care that follows your pool
Build a routine around the installed system
Clear water can give a false impression after a weekend of swimming. In 24+ years of servicing pools in Dubai we’ve learned to trust a water test over appearances. We check pH and chlorine in a chlorinated pool before deciding what it needs.
If the water has started going cloudy it helps to know whether it changed over a single afternoon or over several visits. The same goes for a pump that sounds different from usual. Tell us what you noticed and when. We can then check the water and equipment and explain whether the issue falls within routine care or needs a repair.

Agree the tasks before visits begin
Your maintenance plan is based on the pool assessment. We confirm the regular work and explain how any additional repair needs will be handled.
Steps and waterline
Brush the exposed tile band and check corners that collect dirt beyond the reach of a cleaner.
Water test results
Test the water before treatment and compare the readings with the last visit where available.
Filter and pump checks
Compare return flow with normal operation and look for fresh moisture around the fittings.
Faults to follow up
If a fitting is leaking we identify the location and discuss the repair apart from the cleaning visit.
Notice changes early
When a mark survives cleaning
A patch on the steps that stays rough after cleaning might be a finish problem. A damp patch beside the pump is a different sort of call. Point out the exact spot if you can. Knowing where to look helps us decide if the next visit is a cleaning job or an inspection.
Replacing a pump is a different job from emptying a basket. If a visit turns up a fault we talk you through what we found and the cost of putting it right. You can then decide about the repair separately from your regular visits. The same applies to a worn surface: more cleaning will not replace a damaged finish.
Booking a visit
How has the water been lately?
A note of the last service helps when booking. If a change appeared after a busy weekend or when the pump restarted mention that too. A photo of the equipment label saves you having to guess which filter is installed.
We agree visit frequency and access arrangements after reviewing the property. Consumables and replacement parts should be identified in the proposal so you understand what the regular price covers. A neglected pool may need initial work before a routine plan begins.

Between visits
What changed since the last swim?
Changes in the water
Cloudiness or recurring debris helps us understand the current condition.
Equipment behaviour
An unusual pump noise or weaker return flow is worth mentioning when booking.
How the pool is used
Pool use and the surrounding garden help determine the visit schedule.

Questions on
caring for the water
Water turning cloudy between visits? Tell us when you first saw the change.
Do you offer a regular maintenance plan?
Yes. We review the pool and equipment and agree what each visit covers. Tell us how often you swim and who can give us access.
Are repairs included in a routine visit?
That depends on the agreed plan. We explain any faults and the parts needed before quoting repairs. Repair costs are not automatically included in routine care.
Can you inspect a pool that has not been used for a while?
For a pool coming back into use we first assess the water and the condition of the equipment. We explain any cleaning or repairs needed to get it running before discussing the regular visits.
What should I do if I notice a leak or unusual equipment noise?
Contact our team and describe the change. Share photographs where possible and follow the equipment instructions for safe operation. A fault needs an appropriate inspection rather than an assumption that a routine cleaning visit will resolve it.
